EQUITURN IS FOUNDED
Equiturn Business Solutions was incorporated in 2018 as a Growth Management Consulting firm in Fort Lauderdale, with the primary focus of growth advisory services to lower middle-market businesses, with annual revenues ranging from $10m-$150m. Equiturn is motivated by the goal of providing organizations with the analysis, strategic planning, execution, and team of experts to accomplish their short and long-term goals and efficiency efforts and reach their company's full potential. The firm accomplishes this by providing a comprehensive suite of corporate support services through the lens of strategic growth consulting. These services include management & operations consulting, financial & accounting consulting, human capital consulting, sales consulting, and digital marketing. By building a team of passionate professionals who have over 60 years of combined experience in these areas, Equiturn has successfully supported and grown over 100 different businesses over the last 4 years.
Equiturn Black was created to respond to observed market demand in the pre and post-covid economic boom. However, our M&A experience began many years earlier than this. We reserve a portion of our staff and venture partners to work exclusively on high-value buy-side acquisitions. Since establishing the division we have secured an average EBITA growth of 400% for our clients across deals made to date.
